COCA-COLA FIFA WORLD CUP 2026 PROMOTION IN CURAÇAO AND BONAIRE

CURAÇAO BEVERAGE BOTTLING COMPANY B.V. & BEST BRANDS BONAIRE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. ORGANIZER & SPONSOR

The promotion “Score with Coca-Cola” (“Promotion”) is organized by Curaçao Beverage Bottling Company B.V. (“Organizer”), with local execution support on Bonaire by Best Brands Bonaire, and sponsored by The Coca-Cola Company (“Sponsor”).

The Promotion is valid exclusively in Curaçao and Bonaire and is governed by the laws of Curaçao.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion runs from Tuesday February 3rd, 2026 at 00:01 AM until Sunday, July 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM local time (“Promotion Period”).

Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be considered.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Promotion Period due to force majeure, governmental or regulatory orders, FIFA scheduling changes, technical failures or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

3. PRIZES

For this Promotion, the Organizer makes more than 42,000 prizes available during the Promotion Period, subject to availability and distribution throughout the campaign.

3.1 Instant Prizes

Instant prizes may include, but are not limited to:
• Coca-Cola FIFA Core Football (Size 5)
• Coca-Cola FIFA Color Changing Cup
• Coca-Cola FIFA Drawstring Bag
• Coca-Cola FIFA Sports Bag
• Powerade FIFA Drawstring Bag
• Free 2L bottle of Coca-Cola Original Taste
• Free 2L bottle of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar
• Free 2L bottle of Criollita
• Free 2L bottle of Fria Fruit Punch
• Free Powerade Zero 20oz, 8-pack
• McDonald’s Small Fries
• McDonald’s Small Drink
• McDonald’s Cheeseburger

Instant prizes are awarded randomly while supplies last.

3.2 Raffle Prizes

During designated raffle periods, participants may qualify for raffle prizes, including:
• Three (3) prize packages for two (2) persons to attend a FIFA World Cup 2026™ match featuring Curaçao (subject to final match confirmation)
• Three (3) television sets
• Three (3) VISA gift cards with a value of XCG 1,000 each

Further conditions, draw mechanics, timing, and prize redemption rules are described in Article 7 and subsequent articles of these Terms and Conditions.

4. ELIGIBILITY

Participation is open only to persons who:
• Are legal residents of Curaçao or Bonaire
• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation

The following persons are strictly excluded from participation:
• Employees of Curaçao Beverage Bottling Company B.V.
• Employees of Best Brands Bonaire.
• Employees of The Coca-Cola Company.
• Employees of participating agencies, technology providers, redemption partners, and suppliers directly involved in the execution, management, data processing, prize fulfillment, or winner selection of this Promotion.
• Immediate family members (spouse, partner, parents, children, siblings) and household members of the above.

Proof of eligibility, age, and residency may be required at any time.

5. HOW TO ENTER

5.1 Entry Method

Participation is exclusively available via the official Coca-Cola WhatsApp chatbot (+5999 560 3311) using the unique code found underneath the cap of participating promotional Coca-Cola bottles.

The WhatsApp chatbot can also be accessed by scanning the QR code displayed on the labels of Coca-Cola Original Taste and Coca-Cola Zero Sugar.

All Coca-Cola products produced by Curaçao Beverage Bottling Company B.V. participate in this Promotion, including:
• Coca-Cola Original Taste
• Coca-Cola Zero Sugar
• Sprite
• Sprite Zero Sugar
• Fria (all flavors)
• Criollita

All participating products are eligible in all available SKU sizes, including 2L, 1L, 20oz, and 12oz.

5.2 Code Rules

• Each code is unique and may be used only once.
  • Each validated code generates one (1) participation outcome via the WhatsApp chatbot (such as an Instant Prize notification or a non-winning confirmation).
  • Each participant may submit a maximum of ten (10) codes per phone number per calendar day.
  • Daily limits reset automatically at 00:00 local time.
  • The system automatically blocks any attempt beyond the daily limit.
  • No appeals are possible regarding blocked entries.

5.3 Technical Limitations

The Organizer is not responsible for:
• Incomplete, delayed, lost, misdirected, corrupted, or invalid entries.
• WhatsApp outages, Meta platform failures, internet connectivity issues, system downtime, or device incompatibility.
• User errors.

The Organizer’s system records are final and legally binding.

6. ANTI-FRAUD & DISQUALIFICATION

Any attempt to manipulate, tamper with, duplicate, automate, falsify, exploit or otherwise interfere with the Promotion, including but not limited to:
• Code harvesting
• Code sharing systems
• Automated scripts or bots
• Screenshot fraud
• Identity manipulation

Will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to legal action.

7. PRIZE STRUCTURE

7.1 Instant Prizes

Instant prizes are awarded automatically by the system, randomly and while supplies last.

Odds depend on the total number of valid entries received.

Instant prizes may include Coca-Cola FIFA branded merchandise, Coca-Cola beverages and McDonald’s food and beverages.

McDonald’s instant prizes are made available through unique codes supplied by McDonald’s.
The Organizer is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or fulfillment of McDonald’s prizes.

7.1.1 Location-Specific Prizes

Certain instant prizes are location-specific.

McDonald’s instant prizes are redeemable exclusively in Curaçao and must be collected directly at participating McDonald’s restaurants on Curaçao during their official opening hours.

Participating McDonald’s locations include:
• McDonald’s Saliña
• McDonald’s Dr. Maalweg
• McDonald’s Sta. Maria
• McDonald’s Sta. Rosa

• McDonald’s Punda

Participants physically located on Bonaire are not eligible for McDonald’s instant prizes, regardless of phone number origin.
Physical location is determined by the redemption location of the prize.

No substitution, exchange, or compensation will be provided for location-restricted prizes.

7.2 Merchandise via Redemption

Certain Coca-Cola FIFA merchandise items may be awarded as Instant Prizes and can be collected through the official redemption process as communicated via the WhatsApp chatbot.

All merchandise items are provided free of charge and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
Resale, auctioning, or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7.3 Digital Redemption Codes

• Each single-use digital redemption code is linked to an awarded merchandise item.
  • Codes deactivate automatically after successful scan.
  • Screenshots, copies, or reproduced images are invalid.
  • The Organizer’s digital redemption and validation records are final and binding in case of any dispute.

7.4 Authorized Pickup

Participants may authorize one (1) third party to collect a merchandise item. A third party must present the winning message and a (digital) copy of the winner’s ID.

Once redeemed, all related codes become automatically invalid.

7.5 Prize Claim Period

Participants are responsible for planning their visit accordingly within the applicable fourteen (14) calendar day prize claim period.

Prize redemption is subject to the official opening days and hours of the designated redemption locations.

Curaçao:
A dedicated Redemption Center is located at Sambil Shopping Mall.
Opening days and hours: Thursday to Sunday, from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Bonaire:
Prizes can be redeemed at Best Brands Bonaire, Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, non-stop.

Unclaimed items will expire and will not be replaced, exchanged, or compensated in any form.

7.6 Raffle Participation

Participation in raffle draws applies only during raffle periods specifically designated and communicated by the Organizer.

Each valid code submitted during such designated raffle periods qualifies as one (1) entry in the applicable raffle draw.

The Organizer may organize additional raffles during the Promotion Period at its discretion, subject to separate communication and applicable conditions.

8. GRAND PRIZES

Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded.

Each Grand Prize package (for two persons) has an approximate retail value of USD 13,500 and includes:
• Two (2) round-trip economy airfares.
• Hotel accommodation (4- or 5-star, double occupancy).
• Two (2) official FIFA World Cup 2026 match tickets.
• Food & beverage allowance of USD 100 per person per night, provided on-site.
• One (1) guided half-day city tour (for stays of three nights or more).
• Ground transportation.
• Group travel insurance.

Travel dates, airline, accommodation, and match assignment are determined by the Organizer and are subject to FIFA scheduling and international regulations.
No cash alternative, resale, transfer, or substitution is permitted.

FIFA match tickets are issued and managed via the official FIFA ticketing system by an external event agency “Power Planners”, appointed by The Coca-Cola Company.
Tickets are digital, non-transferable, and assigned exclusively to the registered winner and guest.

9. GRAND PRIZE CONDITIONS

Winners and their guests must:
• Be legally eligible to enter the United States and fully comply with all applicable immigration, customs, health, and security requirements.
• Possess valid passports and obtain all required travel authorizations, including an approved ESTA under the Visa Waiver Program or a valid U.S. visa if required by nationality.
• Fully comply with all FIFA regulations, stadium rules, and ticket conditions.

Travel insurance coverage is subject to the insurer’s terms and conditions. Winners are responsible for complying with all insurance procedures, including mandatory prior contact with the assistance provider before incurring medical expenses.

Failure to secure required travel documents or to meet any condition may result in forfeiture of the prize without compensation.

10. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Instant prize winners are notified immediately by the system.

Grand Prize raffles will take place on:
• March 31, 2026
• April 15, 2026
• April 30, 2026

Visa Moneycard worth Xcg. 1.000 and one television will be raffled on:

• May 31, 2026
  • June 30, 2026
  • July 15, 2026

All draws are conducted by an independent external agency ‘Mobylengage’ based in Santo Domingo using a verifiable random selection process.
Draw results are documented and auditable. The Organizer’s decisions are final and binding.

Winners will be contacted via the registered phone number.
If a selected winner cannot be successfully reached within twenty-four (24) hours, the Organizer reserves the right to contact the next eligible participant on the ranked winner list.

Winners must complete all required registration and documentation no later than forty-five (45) days prior to the scheduled travel date.
Failure to meet this deadline may result in prize forfeiture without substitution.

11. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting a prize, winners grant the Organizer and Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, voice, and city of residence for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

12. TAXES & COSTS

All applicable taxes, duties, personal expenses, and costs not expressly listed as included are the sole responsibility of the winner.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Organizer, Sponsor, FIFA, and all partners assume no liability for injury, loss, damage or accident arising from participation in the Promotion or use of prizes.
Prizes are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

14. MODIFICATION & TERMINATION

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion in whole or in part due to force majeure, regulatory changes, technical failures, FIFA scheduling changes, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

15. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Landsverordening bescherming persoonsgegevens (Curaçao) and used solely for:
• Promotion administration
• Verification
• Prize fulfillment

Participants consent to receiving automated service-related WhatsApp messages strictly related to this Promotion.
Separate, explicit consent is requested within the WhatsApp chatbot for receiving marketing communications about promotions, surveys, and similar activities from Coca-Cola, its affiliated brands, and bottling partners, and for the use of participant data by The Coca-Cola Company for personalization purposes.

Participation in this Promotion is not conditional upon granting such consent, and consent may be withdrawn at any time through future communications.

Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data where legally permitted.

16. COMPLAINTS & JURISDICTION

All disputes are governed by the laws of Curaçao and subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.
