For our Operations Department, we are looking for a High-Tech Maintenance Technician who wants to work on our new, state-of-the-art automated production line. The Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance of our production lines and auxiliary equipment. You ensure that our high-tech production environment remains reliable, safe and continuously available.

You will carry out both planned and breakdown maintenance, working in accordance with established maintenance plans, procedures and technical guidelines. Complex or recurring issues are escalated to the Maintenance Supervisor

Your Responsibilities

High-tech maintenance and breakdown support
▪ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated production lines.
▪ Locate, analyze and resolve technical breakdowns.
▪ Analyze breakdowns using PLC/HMI systems.
▪ Minimize production downtime through fast, safe and effective interventions.

Process support and continuous improvement
▪ Identify technical bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
▪ Actively participate in TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
▪ Contribute to increased reliability, efficiency and stability of the production line.

Quality, safety and compliance
▪ Work in compliance with quality, food safety, safety and environmental standards.
▪ Identify and report deviations, unsafe situations and risks.

Collaboration and documentation
▪ Coordinate activities with Operators and fellow Maintenance Technicians.
▪ Accurately record maintenance activities and breakdowns in the maintenance system.

You have:
▪ A completed MBO/MTS Level 3 education in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a comparable technical field.
▪ At least 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial production environment
▪ Experience with breakdown maintenance on automated production lines (preferably food & beverage)
▪ Knowledge of PLC systems for breakdown analysis and diagnostics
▪ Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance
▪ Knowledge of quality, food safety and safety regulations
▪ Languages & systems
▪ Good command of English
▪ Knowledge of Spanish and/or Papiamentu is an advantage
▪ Proficiency in maintenance systems and industrial software
