    For our Operations Department, we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, availability and safety of our high-tech bottling lines, utilities and facilities.

    The Role

    As Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of the Maintenance Department. You ensure that production equipment, utilities and buildings are maintained at the highest technical standard and fully compliant with quality, food safety, safety and environmental requirements.
    You lead and coach the Maintenance Technicians, translate maintenance policy into daily execution and drive process optimization and continuous improvement.

    Your Responsibilities

    Maintenance and technical availability
    ▪ Coordinate and supervise preventive, corrective, predictive and routine maintenance.
    ▪ Ensure optimal availability and performance of high-tech automated bottling lines.
    ▪ Supervise calibration and verification of measuring and process equipment.

    Process optimization and continuous improvement
    ▪ Identify and implement improvements in maintenance and production processes.
    ▪ Coordinate Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
    ▪ Ensure optimal availability of spare parts.
    ▪ Optimize efficiency, quality and cost control.

    Buildings and facilities
    ▪ Ensure maintenance and technical condition of buildings and facilities.
    ▪ Coordinate internal and external maintenance and facility activities.
    ▪ Ensure compliance with quality, food safety and safety standards.

    Quality, food safety and audits
    ▪ Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS).
    ▪ Prepare for and support internal and external audits.
    ▪ Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up of audit findings.

    Leadership and organization
    ▪ Lead, plan and develop the Maintenance team
    ▪ Ensure employee safety, well-being and technical competence
    ▪ Manage and monitor the maintenance budget

    What you have:
    ▪ A completed MTS Level 4 / MBO 4+ education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics or a comparable technical field.
    ▪ At least 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial production environment.
    ▪ Demonstrable experience in leading or coordinating maintenance activities.
    ▪ Solid knowledge of automated production equipment and PLC systems.
    ▪ Experience with preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance.
    ▪ Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably food & beverage.
    ▪ Strong knowledge of HSE, quality and food safety regulations.
    ▪ Good command of English; Spanish and/or Papiamentu is an advantage.
