For our Sales Department, we are looking for a Merchandiser who will play an important role in ensuring the visibility, availability and presentation of our products in the market.  Are you an energetic and customer-oriented professional who enjoys working in the field, building relationships with customers and creating strong product visibility? The role

As Merchandiser, you are responsible for ensuring that our products are always properly displayed, available and presented according to CBBC standards in supermarkets and other points of sale. You visit customers daily, monitor product rotation and freshness, identify commercial opportunities and contribute to the overall customer experience in the market. In this role, you serve as an important link between CBBC and our customers while supporting the visibility and growth of our brands.

Your responsibilities

Product visibility and merchandising

• Ensure optimal presentation and visibility of CBBC products in stores and supermarkets.
• Monitor product freshness, stock levels and proper product rotation.
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns in the market.

Customer service and market support

• Visit assigned customers and supermarkets on a daily basis.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Observe competitor activities and report relevant market information to management.

Operational excellence and compliance

• Ensure merchandising activities are executed according to CBBC procedures and standards.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in merchandising processes and customer service.
• Support compliance with food safety, quality, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements.

What you have:

• A completed MBO Level 2 education or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Affinity with merchandising, retail or sales.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• A valid driver’s license and your own car.
• Willingness to work daily at different customer locations in the market.
