    For one of the most respected beverage companies in the Caribbean, we are currently recruiting an experienced Quality & Maintenance Coordinator with strong leadership and technical capabilities. This role is based in Curaçao and offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic production environment that values continuous improvement, safety, and quality.

    About the Company:
    Our client is a leading player in the Caribbean soft drink industry, operating under a globally recognized brand. With a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation, the company serves both local and regional markets from its modern production facility in Curaçao.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and assess potential risks to product quality and employee safety, and take corrective actions as needed;
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards (HACCP, FSSC) and environmental regulations;
    • Develop, manage, and optimize the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations;
    • Lead the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, and performance;
    • Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and extend equipment life;
    • Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to the maintenance team, supporting their technical and professional development;
    • Work closely with production, quality, and logistics teams to align maintenance activities with operational needs;
    • Ensure all technical operations comply with internal procedures, safety regulations, and documentation standards.

    Candidate Profile:

    • MBO diploma in Technology, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical field;
    • Proven experience in a leadership role within a technical or maintenance environment;
    • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical safety, and industrial equipment;
    • Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex operational and technical issues;
    • Practical experience with PLC-controlled systems and preventive maintenance planning
    • Familiarity with OEM equipment and working under strict standards such as GMP, HSE, and food safety frameworks;
    • Understanding of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and regulatory compliance;
    • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English, Spanish, and Papiamento.
